Dear Ken: You have no idea how many and how soon,People don't seem to understand the importance of a QP. The last one lasted over 70 days and we didn't do a newsrelease for over 90 days.However if the truth beknown we nearly lost the transaction at the last hour because there was leakage and we had to scramble.That is why there was no coordination between the 8K,our newsrelease and SMTK's newsrelease.We have to minimize the errors-thus QP Surely you must agree that transaction was worth the wait! Look what is happening right now to DCI as a result of that event.I can assure you it won;t stop here.I know the present one is over 40 days...........
