Oh my, Nuckie is looking for sympathy ...good luck finding any. He'd better hope the lawsuit threats are hollow like all the threats that he has made over the years. I am puzzled why NC feels he needs to speak for the CEO when the CEO is a member of TCC and seems to be speaking for himself. To a casual reader, NC comes across as an intimate of the CEO. Does that make him an insider?

The new owner of TCC facilitates the previous owner in attaining proxies representing 48,000,000 or so shares and then the previous owner confronts management of Canada Carbon Inc with threats of lawsuits ........... waving the proxies like a battering stick.

It bewilders me to no end how the new owner of TCC would allow himself to be used in this manner by the old owner and the new owner purposely concealing what is taking place with their proxies from the rest of the TCC membership.

It has now gone from a verbal assault to something more tangible.

If this is what TCC's new owner thinks gets play ............. he bought much more than an investor site. He took on the bidding of an investor unhinged.
