Hi Jeffry,

I don't think so.

I think it is still early.

I hope this is the beginning of a wave three up (the decline from 21.64 to the low of 15.55 on July 6th) shows to be a clear ABC 5-3-5 zig zag flat that dipped just below the 50 % retrace level.

Recent action looks to be in the 3 of 3 just beginning. It may be no coincidence that Cohu's earnings will come out after hours on July 27th.

Since they preannounced better than expected Q2 earnings (highly unusual for Cohu to pre announce) - their forward guidance may well give us the boost over 21.64 - to new highs.

Its not a value play like back in the 10's,but a buy with a close mental stop could well be profitable as a trade.

The last major run Cohu had started in October of 1998 and run into March of 2000. That run took 18 months and went from 13 ish to 61.75 with a 2 for 1 split in between.

That 10 bagger plus has since been followed by over 17 years of consolidation.

If they can continue to grow earnings (after having consolidated the entire test handler market in pick and place, gravity, and turret) a five bagger is a conservative minimum run to be expected per the Ted Warren way of viewing this extremely strong accumulation.

This puppy is just beginning to hunt IMHO.
