It seems that we now have two instances of guilt admissions by Donald Trump in the Russian Collusion Investigations. The first is telling the Special Counsel that his personal finances are off limits, and the second that he is wondering if he can pardon himself. Now why would you want to "pardon yourself" unless you know that you are guilty of an impeachable offense? Seems to me that we have prima facie guilt of the President and that Paul Ryan should institute impeachment proceedings.
