Scaramucci was hired as communications director, not press secretary. His reported skill set seems well suited to the job of press secretary but not to the job into which he was hired. It seems like they may have intended to use him as press secretary, which suggests that there will be continued loosey goosey confusion in that WH function. As there apparently is in every WH function.
