ITKH - The completion of the auditing process is drawing to the finish line and we should hear more about it maybe as early as this week. This is a major step for the company as it opens the door to up listing to the QB and then in time to the NASDAQ. The question is "Why bother"? The Auditing of financials gives credibility to the company and investors and banks feel their risk has been virtually eliminated and welcomes ITKH as a desired loan customer. With unlimited funds available the increase in acquisitions that translates into a windfall in earnings will place an irremovable smile on the shareholders face.There is money to be made and Fred is going after it. The pasture is greener then ever.
