WPRT investor presentation that went with the recent offering.. wfsinc.com Also, it would appear that insiders were the significant participants in the offering.. Kevin Douglas, considered to be an investing "guru" up his stake to over 10%, buying both in the offering and on the open market. archive.fast-edgar.com Insider buying, even at a discount, is certainly a good thing for WPRT.. I'm not sure, but I've been reading that insiders in a Canadian company have to hold their shares for 2 years before they are allowed to sell. Hawk
