Luis, While I may not be completely aware what the "merits" of this suit are it does not come as any surprise that one was filed. I doubt that any real settlement will come of this suit, and would prefer to see the companies money be spent in a more productive manner. I hope that Jack wakes up and accepts the fact that his responsibilities go beyond marketing the Aurora. The clock is ticking and there may not even be a company by the time this suit reaches a court room. ...Sean
