Sergio: You can read the press release regarding the S-1 of FTEL being approved at www.ftel.com, their web page. This was approved about a month ago. FTEL is in the process of filing for full NASDAQ listing. They are now a reporting company with the acceptance by the SEC of the S-1. I believe the first quarterly will be for the quarter ending December, 1997. Not sure what date it will be released. The CFO message on the website addresses the losses for last quarter. You can find that under message from officers. Jim
