Nowhere does it say they are going after it. Now Michael, if they are going after it, there would have to be a lawsuit, since the 4 million share certificate (#2005 I believe) was stopped at the transfer agent before the merger announcement (according to Michael Burg President of MVPH). If there is a lawsuit, it is not disclosed. Are you saying the company is not disclosing lawsuits? And certainly, the company would have said something of their intentions to go after the shares as a $14 million asset would be material to this company, wouldn't you think? This was the asset that was going to get them on the AMEX, remember?
