Yep. I know why candidate Donald Trump used the term "repeal and replace obamacare." He had to or never get elected. I wish it could simply be repealed! And if Republicans had not moved so far down the road with Dimm-Socialism, it could be simply repealed and returned to the free market - our former system of Medicare Insurance, and Medical for those totally unable to provide for themselves. Even the widely accepted "pre-conditions" rule is simply Socialism - someone else has to pay for it if the patient doesn't.
