Ron, it was your posts on the subject that led me to start digging through IPJ's Mongolian projects, and specifically, those in the Bayanhongor. Also noted this from the JVAG/ABX release:

>>In addition, Barrick has acquired some rights of first refusal and option rights with respect to properties of Java Gold in Mongolia.<<

I take this to mean that the ABX deal does not supersede IPJ's right to earn a 60% interest in any one project held by JVAG. As of one year ago, IPJ held 3,441,536 shares of JVAG for a 19.5% interest. Now ABX has placed for 2,200,00 shares, not a bad sign.
