Hi Dennis! Well, Here I am, coming out of the woodwork again. I've never been able to determine why anyone would want to have 5 of the 7 board members having affiliations with GND and/or Lyle. To me it's simply not a healthy situation. I was going to ask the question at the past two annual meetings and decided not to, anticipating what kind of answer I'd get. You scratch my back, I'll scratch yours. Here I am getting nasty again. See ya! Derek
