Being ignorant of Mycogen, excuse the naive question, how broad can these patents be? I saw your similar post in the Ligand thread and the implication was that these patents would cover anything(?) in plant genetics. Hard to believe, harder to enforce. If they hold and block Monsanto, I guess MLNM will not get many of those milestone payments, let alone royalties -g-
