My own guess is that Trump will continue to be as disruptive as before, particularly with his tweets. But, at the beginning, there will be a more orderly process in the WH. But the power struggle within will be defined by which of them can break through the Kelly wall. Once that happens, order will begin to disappear. Because Trump is not going to change.
