Hi Christine, I even considered becoming a priest once for about a week in the sixth grade, I think. I was told that I would hear a message from god if it was to be. I heard nothing.

I really started questioning the idea of a god in the third grade when I found out for sure that I was lied to about Santa Claus. I never trusted the word of adults after learning that, and I still don't. I totally rejected the idea of a god in the eighth grade. During my confirmation, which I had no choice in attending, I crossed my fingers while I pledged to be a Catholic forever.

If anyone now thinks that I am an Atheist because I was mistreated, or some act of rebellion, that isn't the reason. I am an Atheist because I think the Bible is a book af mytholgy and religion is bullshit.
