Pugs, I have a real estate brokers licence. Though I don't use it much, whenever I talk to others about real estate I must disclose that I hold a brokers license which essentially informs them that I have chosen to hold one and have agreed to be ethical and can be trusted
over real estate matters. The State of Illinois ultimately governs over the conduct of RE agents and brokers in our state.

I would expect that the SEC must be the agency which governs the conduct of licensed stock brokers. I would expect that they ought to find stock broker Kugler's actions inappropriate since he is in the publics eye and is expected to conduct himself in an appropriate manner and follow their rules pertaining to ethics. I am appalled that he is trying to hurt our company we invested in by his actions. I just find it hard to believe that the SEC would allow a j@rk like this continue to hold a stock brokers license. I wonder if he has to go to continueing education classes like I do to have those ethics reinforced.

It's about time for all us shareholders to complain to the SEC over stock broker Kugler for once and for all. I am glad that RMIL is amending their lawsuit to include him.
