How about this SEC filing - S4-A for Power's shares Can't figure AAPL's intent :http://WWW.SEC.GOV/Archives/edgar/data/320193/0001047469-98-000148.txt Is AAPL amending the Power deal and now registering the Power shares at $16.50 ? Its a marginal plus to shareholders with less dilution but what was that 2.2 mln share trade at 13 15/16ths on 12/23/97 . Patrice asked "who received them ?" as somebody got a real gooooood deal !
