MSWIN runs about $300. it allows you to system test and see what an indicator really does over time. You can build your own indicators which may be a combination of indicators. Most of the classic futures indicators you see in the Net charts, don't test well at all. People read a book like "Trading for a living" with no idea how the system/indicators test out over time. You have alot of reading to do, you can go to the books but why not start a andy's page and start on the posts there. Before you ask me for address, remember you can search for anything posted in about last 60 days on SI. I wonder how many times we have given andy's page out. When I go to a topic, I scan the last 100 posts to find out what is going on. geocities.com
