2017-07-31 @ 243-pounds . . . well, not a great start, but . . . .
it has motivated me to challenge myself:
my birthday is in 30-days . . .
I weigh in the low 240's now and want to be in the 220's by my birthday!
SO .. 15-pounds in 30-days is my goal!
