Hi Vet, I have to disagree with you. Productivity is the key. No-one is as productive today then the American worker. No-one! If you have to hire 10 or 20 folks to do the same job as one American, you answer the question. Its all academic. I use to be a contractor. I can pay 3 good men a good wage and make more money then I can if I higher 10 mediocore men to do the same thing. Productivity is the bottom line. Quality is right under that and profit next. Unless one has been an employer it is hard to understand that cheap is not alway the best route.;-) Ron
