Alright now... say ASG... ex-broker... could this be due to bad decisions like the rest of us motals??? Chill-out and go away lame-o. There is no major risk involve here... just poor management responsibility and the key word is responsibility. MetaCreations owes its stockholders the respect of protecting their investment in their company. Basic business law you idiot. However, here is what I found out today: 1) The PR at the show was directed to inform all shareholders that may stop buy to contact their new public relations person Betty Franklin (franklin@metacreations.com). Other then that, no new info. 2) Mac World stinks, but their booth was packed (and I mean really packed) all day. This crowd wasn't the high caliber type but interested anyway. 3) Products looked great. This is why I bought Meta, just really hot products. Unbelievable 3D stuff was being demo'd. Blew me away. Soap even looked damn hot for 49 bucks... Facts - the industry thinks they have more distribution in retail then reality. Only 30% of their business is retail and the rest is almost pure OEM and this is the main reason for the downturn. New president is on the horizon... Late, over and out... will report more...
