Carl, I wouldn't be surprised if Amerinet is trying to wriggle out of the deal on a technicality although i have no facts with which to back this up. I remember quite some time ago that Joe Naughton said he had received an offer to buy Jones Naughton at a price which i believe he termed "ridiculous". I thought at the time that the offer might have come from Amerinet. James
