Had a conversation with a senior person at IVN. 16 drills going 24/7 with 5 of these drilling out the western extension of the Kakula copper discovery. Drills cannot miss apparently, and Friedland will announce results after labor day to have maximum impact. Imagine how many meters they will have drilled with 16 rigs going 24/7 since their last update.

Two rigs are drilling other targets. IVN has been amassing more land and have some excellent candidates for more exploration. Copper and perhaps some cobalt targets??

Platreef financing - they have $1B committed, with a little more to go. It will get done, probably without any equity dilution. Not sure why they don't spin this off and make the sale of the DRC copper, copper/zinc assets easier for a major to buyout.
