Good to see you up here. Just dropped in last week for a visit. What is the source of the Buffett, zero sell rumor? Where did he move?

With the new tax laws, due to holding time, Warren and I are facing differing situations in more ways than one. I can not afford and resent giving the Feds income-level returns on my working money -- which does effect the turn-around cost significantly. I have been in since the last peak at 7.15%. I do expect to see rates drop below 5%?

Nice to see Netscape faltering after the attack on MS. MS is solid in cash with zero debt. After phase one of the bear I bet MS will be the buy of the decade.

The time may be nearing to consider shorting bank equities?
