I went to France in March and the rate was $1.09/Eur. My friend left for Ireland yesterday and he was complaining that he had to pay $1.20 (1%tnx fee)....fwiw.

We are right where support should be growing stronger with each move down in the USD, that is if today isn't the turn. Often, a move to break the previous relatively recent low of $91.90ish might be a last gasp shorter term possibility.
