CARA about 23% on manifestations of that Breakthrough Therapy designation: in announcing earnings yesterday afternoon, they disclosed that their meetings with the FDA and subsequent initiation of pivotal trials in the CKD/HD pruritus indication will happen sooner than previously guided.

This could well pull back (I wrote calls against my trading position late today). But I would call it a buy if it goes under $15 again.
