DD: The SEC trading halt ran for the 10 day period, as allowed. It simply expires at the time in the notice, in this case, 11:59 pm. Market makers now have the onus to sign on (at least one) for the stock to trade OTC-BB as I understand it. 15c2-11 is the form required to be filed by a market maker to NASD for trading to commence once again. It ensures financials are current and that they have been reviewed by those making a market in the stock, and is designed to protect investors by placing this onus on the makers backs.

Curbside trading, or pink sheets as I understand it does not require
market makers and therefore stock may be allowed to be traded. Current financials are required for mm's to sign on and trade via OTC-BB. I have no evidence that the mm's have current financials.
