Before I get really, really excited: what does this sentence mean?

"..the improved blue PHOLED lifetimes achieved in stacked devices approaches that of green PHOLEDs under normal operating conditions. "

Has the lifetime of the blue emitter and host reached the same commercial lifetime of the current green OLED emitter?
