Indonesia in big trouble? Hello Tom, thanks for sharing your thoughts over here: << Fact 4: There will be some form of coup/marshall law and huge social unrest. This is due to the increase in unemployment, El Nino's destruction of the agricultural economy and the Indonesians getting pissed off that even when their country is going down the toilet the leadership still refuse to give up even a part of their enormous wealth by cutting back unnecessary projects to politically connected companies. >> So can we put you in the coverage List for Indonesia.:) Are you really serious about upcoming social unrest and stuff like that there? Sounds real ugly... BTW, what the main agricultural/commodity export from Indonesia? Cocoa? Tea? Rubber? Short reply would be appreciated. I see from your profile you post more on the Thailand thread. Maybe you can check in here occasionally and see whether there is anything that arouses you to reply.
