Dave, thanks for the search tip! I keep learning new things about this site. Also I appreciated your comments on valuation and ordered 'Investment Valuation' from Amazon.com... should be here any day. Are you familiar with a book titled "Business Strategy and Security Analysis" by Raymond K. Suutari. I haven't read it yet but when I scanned it it seemed like one that would be beneficial to both an investor and the management of a business. Part of the management's responsibility is to their shareholders and I thought this might give added perspective on what that actually means. LWolf
