Just wish I'd Bought Phox 12/9/97 at .06. Wished that anyway. Well The reverse will have a much better impact on the company than a dilution. If you check the SEC records DTEC doesn't even exist anymore, I dont understand how a company can merge into one and not declare two classes of stock.
