MK, heard a news story last night that there's been a sharp uptick in suicide rates in Thailand.

So, NIKKEI gave back ALL of its 500 point morning gains and closed down 9. Then we get the PPI report this morning, DOWN 0.2% (core down 0.1%), so bonds will do well, more Asian investors will move into Dollars, more US investors will move from stocks to bonds. What's more attractive, 5 3/4% REAL rate in a declining interest rate environment or declining (from slow to slower) earnings growth in a 23 PE market?

Good morning from the winter den of
Bob the Bear.
