Mr. Meetmer;

Great to see you back! Even greater to see you positive!!

You posted; "I am going to go out on a limb and predict that on the basis
of the press release today we should see an immediate pop in the share
price hopefully by as much as a buck."

If we are still following the Naxos Standard we should see a drop not a
pop in our price following a positive news release. Here's hoping you're
right and the standard has changed.

To All;

Does anyone have any familiarity with the new Roth IRA? From what I
am led to believe it should be of particular interest to Naxonians.
You can put $2000 per year into a Roth account. If one were to purchase
Naxos stock and hold it in the account for at least five years, then when
you're 59 1/2 years old you can cash out with no taxes what-so-ever,
including income, state and capital gains taxes.

Was I properly informed? Can I transfer shares I already hold or do I have
to sell and re-purchase using cash held in the Roth IRA? What else needs
to be considered? I know a couple of Naxonians already checking this out
maybe they can comment as well.

I know we have financial wizards out there paying attention to this thread
but if this information is true and if Naxos performs as we expect this
could mean millions of dollars in tax savings for each of us. How about
it? Anybody know and care to contribute the real facts?

TIA

Jerard P

P.S. Thanks from me as well, Mr. Brasington, for your updates. Keep 'em
coming!
