You know what Tonto, you know darn well the SEC gave the green light for RMIL to trade, on the OTC BB. You also know the MM's will stall as long as they can, but they're short, they ain't going nowhere. You also admitted you never called the Co. concerning the 8K, and you also don't admit that the 8K satisfied the SEC so trading can resume.
If you're only going to tell 1/2 og the story, why don't you sign your posts 'Tonto54'? Hey, Mr. Objective, how do you feel about a broker who was slamming RMIL for 10hrs. last night, with no position in RMIL, who pleads with investors AND LURKERS to take into consideration his 'proffessional experience' as a broker ? Does that bother you Mr. Fairness, a broker in violation ofd 15USC Chapter 2A sub.i.77q? You do know the NASD informed me yesterday that Principal has until Feb.6th to respond to the complaints about Kugler...a guy as 'fair' and 'objective' as you, a guy who claims RMIL is lying in the 8K, eventhough the SEC is satisfied and ok'd the co. to resume trading, I'm sure you'll verbalize your disgust about a broker acting in such an unethical way. And I'm sure you'll correct Aloha, that RMIL is NOT trading on the pink-sheets, is it Mr. Fairness? <lol>
