[Comment on SOCR] The balance sheet ratios are very attractive, especially since it is now back in the high 7s/low 8s. One note of caution - their products are seem to be UNIX based. Nothing negative on UNIX, but the market is shifting more heavily to NT, like it or not. Several vendors in the healthcare arena - Rx, Lab, Med Dispensing, are finding it hard for their systems to be considered if they don't use Win NT. So I'd advise at least checking with SOCR to see if they are porting their imaging systems to NT - if not future sales could be a t risk, and I'd also be concerned about their management's ability to grasp where the market is headed.
