Thursday January 8, 6:25 am Eastern Time Nimbus CD signs contract with Microsoft CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va., Jan 8 (Reuters) - Nimbus CD International Inc (Nasdaq:NMBS - news) said on Thursday it had signed a contract to become an authorised replicator for Microsoft Corp's (Nasdaq:MSFT - news) original equipment manufacturers products for Europe. Financial terms of the contract were not disclosed. Nimbus said that under the contract, it would supply complete OEM products including CD-ROM disc manufacturing, print collateral materials, packaging assembly and related order fulfillment services for all Microsoft-licensed OEMs and delivery service partners in Europe. Nimbus is an independent manufacturer of optical discs distributed throughout North America, the United Kingdom and continental Europe.
