My guess is that Palisade has turned on their program trading algorithm and set it in the accumulate mode. With an initial position at $1.05, they will be looking to add at cheaper prices.

Summertime, no immediate catalyst, stock price will meander. Quarterly earnings should be out in two weeks; that will give some insight into the contract mining costs. Then, news on the large scale mining permit and pre-feasibility study. Hopefully this consolidation period ends soon and the bull trend resumes.
