IMO you can't rule out a stock or cash deal. A few future hypothetical problem solved and a new platform for Blackberry to build on?

1. A way for INTEL to exit quietly (liquidity in BB stock or cash if a hypothetical cash deal.)
2. Cash to develop Blade 3000.
3. Enterprise Mobile Security: Mobile Device Tracking & Security Software -- Good Technology (BlackBerry)
4. A way for Vuzix shareholders/Board members to benefit by way of BB stock participation if a hypothetical stock deal.
5. Paul Travers can concentrate on Operations/marketing & R&D instead of future funding.
