Oh! I get it!! You invest in a company after due diligence, then once you're in and slowly find the company not living up to it's announcements, you simply agree with them and post pollyanna notes on a bulletin board full of bs like "oh, and their properties are quite near Exxon's!" wink wink nudge nudge (as if that means ANYTHING with felons in the catbird seat), hoping desperately to entice the unwary into your deepening hole. We can call it LET'S PRETEND! A fine and moral philosophy; don't hope that the truth, once exposed, will lead to change or at least a warning to the unwary. JOIN in the atmosphere of half-truths and outright deception and ignore those ominous silences from management. SAY! Let's go back to arguing about 2+2! THAT's the kind of subject that'll entice management and their paid PR lackeys out of their silent hole and back into the fray with freshly renewed glee!
