One thing about the MM on NRAG. Although I do not have statistical evidence to support this feeling. It does seem that the MM are more willing to drop the bid on low volume than they are to raise it on the same volume. Witness this morning; 38,000 shares traded all at the ask and they don't raise the ask. If 38,000 traded all at the bid I'll bet they would drop it.
