I figured out why I don't like your gain of marketshare for continued growth outlook.
Yes the Four, DELL included will gain MKT share at the expence of the smaller players.
My problem with Buying the stock at this point is:
At the point in an industry where the largest players start to really dominate and can really drive out the competition, This point usually occurs when the total growth of the industry starts to slow significantly. DELL is gaining market share because the industry is nolonger growing fastenough to support the smaller players.
Net,Net, The reason the Four are able to gain share so fast is because the industry has slowed. That means at some point Price will become the primary tool to gain further share.

That is the point in an industry where premimum valuations are lost.

This is My Opinion.
