Interesting earnings and CC this afternoon. Seems that they are getting their R&D costs behind them and are finally ready to deliver product.. HPDI 2.0 seems to be delayed only by the roll-out plans of one of their customers. Given it's' potential for converting existing diesel engines to NG without loss of power, this could prove to be a big winner in European markets, and possibly here in the US. They beat street estimates on both earnings and revenues, and seem to be intent on further cost reductions. They also mentioned they are in talks with the debenture holders (due in Sept) to see if they want to be paid off, or to extend.. I'm of two minds on this.. Cash is king, so if the terms are favorable, extending might be a sound strategy.. But also paying off that debt will be a good sign of strength to the markets.
