Michael, did Kugler finally admit to working with the RMIL's MMs in in an effort to make life miserable for the company. We already know that Kugler and the boys worked hard to get the SEC to halt RMIL in the first place. IMO, the longer the stock remains from trading, the worst it'll get for the Shorters. It also is allowing the company additional time to string together a series of positive news releases which will simply do the Shorts in. The longer we have to wait within reason, the better are our chances for success. I have a feeling that there are no more certificates available and the requests are stacking up. Rich_1
