Trumpov's fascist narrative is wrong. The Nazis were the more organized and more violent group in Charlottesville. The crowd of anti-Nazi protestors struck by Fields weren't armed with clubs, weren't a threat to Fields. Fields was threatened by a crowd of Nazis .. likely because the police had kept the two sides separated. He drove into a crowd of protestors that were peaceful, rearended a car, driving it deeper into the crowd, killing one and injuring 19. Then he shifted into reverse and backed away, traveling several blocks in reverse to make his escape.

Cold blooded murder.
