155 Heart reate is not too shabby but do you KNOW what your max heart rate is?

Cuz tis best to KNOW then guess and if one has not done or have a conditioned heart a 155 HR for one person can be terrific and not so for another. My max HR even at my age of ugh 68 is 187 HR.

Yet for many that age.. tis far less and thus not wise to push that muscle. It's ok if one tweaks their wittle finger but not that heart muscle.

So continue to enjoy listening to JUMP on the Treadmill.

I'm more of the UPTOWN GIRL sung by Billy Joel and his former wife in the video. Christie Brinkley who has done a great job staying fit using that piece of equipment THE TOTAL GYM that she is seen advertising often.

In any case.. don't look up cuz the sky is falling or is that the SPX and DOW. Fintas
