another clue to a possible TO valuation of PSIX. DMG telecom analyst on CNBC talking about Teleport / ATT. He mentioned the MFS takeout by Worldcom last year valued at 6.5 times "gross plant & equipment" or gross assets on balance sheet. This is relevant because right before the WCOM takeover, MFS had acquired UUNT. any accountants out there to play with those numbers?
