And that proves the norm how? Some of the "clinics" that you seem to be proud of are a real crap shoot as to outcomes....most of the doctors in some of those are waiting for a better opportunity to appear or are too sorry to get placed otherwise. There is a local "free" clinic that will charge you around a grand for certain dental procedures.....but if you decide to go the "free" extraction route, and if you get the wrong dentist, you may have a drug dependency by the time the sliced up gums heal.....pure speculation as to how it will go. .
