Klaas,

Correct me if I'm wrong but if you look at the press release yesterday where they state that revenues for '98 should be in the area of $18'500'00 CDN this would give them roughfully .345 in cash flow($18'500'000 divided by 53'039'225 shares outstanding) And seeing that CCO-Cameco is trading at 24.5 times P.E.(traded as high as 34.5 P.E. in the last 12 months) giving WWS a P.E. ratio of 10 you come up with a share price of $3.45. I think the market/institutions are waiting to see what happens with the acquisition/merger and also for some solid numbers out of Mongolia before they jump back in. I feel that within the next few months the Kazak problem should be resolved(in our favor) a deal with another Uranium company will be more clearly defined and then the market and the institutional investor will be back in this company in a BIG way. Also with a deal merger/acquisition I expect the revenue numbers to increase therefore resulting in an even higher share price. I welcome any and all comments and maybe someone who better understands the numbers can post their views and opinions.

Regards,

RAK
