Hi Scott,

I am not changing my Cancun reservations just yet... afterall, this news about CAWS being moved to the NASDAQ Smallcap Market is nothing new. ATEL and PCTV recently underwent the same downgrades with no significant impact on their ask/bid prices.

I believe the real question should be whether CAI will find its strategic partner(s) or not. If so, and the BANX option is purchased, it will be party time. If not, and the BANX Agreement is reinstated (with the exception of Boston, NYC and some other markets), will it really be so bad?

I believe CAI is doing everything it can within its available resources. CAI is and will continue to be a survivor. If CAI goes down, the entire MMDS industry will follow. Too much is at stake, and I don't believe this will happen.

Just my opinion.
